Positive Sayings, Affirmations, & Quotes

Positive sayings, affirmations, & quotes are what everyone needs from time to time to bring their mood up. Positive sayings can be repeated over and over until they start to change your behavior and mood. Repeating a positive saying over and over again is referred to as an affirmation. Affirmations don’t have to be just positive sayings. They can be an inspirational quote, phrase, expression, or anything that has a positive effect on your mood.

Affirmations are a key to quieting an ever busy mind. If you constantly repeat phrases, especially if they are negative, in your mind then you should take full advantage of positive sayings. Once you repeat something enough it will become a habit. People who have high levels of anxiety or worry always repeat things in their mind that bring down their mood. They anticipate the worst case scenario happening to them and let their imagination take over. So what if there is a possibility that something bad might happen. There is just as much a possibility that something good or neutral could happen. If you constantly anticipate the bad, then your mood will reflect this. This also raises the possibility of something bad happening.

Take full advantage of some of these saying that I am about to share with you. Feel free to copy and print the ones you like. It’s even a good idea to post some positive sayings somewhere like on your bathroom mirror. So everything you go to the bathroom you remind yourself to be positive. I hope you can find at least one good saying in here that will help you. If you find something that really has meaning be sure to repeat it over and over until it becomes a habit.
